Phase Consutling is in partnership with the City of Phoenix's Education and Business and Workforce Development Divisions.

We are excited to introduce our financial literacy program that aims to empower individuals and families to take control of their finances. Our program is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of financial management and help you achieve your financial goals.


Individuals and families receive free, one-on-one professional counseling assistance with money management, budgeting, reducing debt, establishing and improving credit, connecting to safe and affordable banking services, building savings, and referrals to other services and organizations.
